New sales director at Dream Coastal and Country Homes

New sales director at Dream Coastal and Country HomesA park operator which has bought up a number of sites in the south of England has recently appointed a new sales director. Dream Coastal and Country Homes Ltd, which recently purchased a number of parks in Devon, Sussex and Cornwall, have announced that Hannah Leigh will join its sales team. Managing director Barry Leigh said, ‘Hannah is my youngest daughter and is a highly successful sales professional. I am absolutely delighted to have secured her services.

‘With our new residential park home developments in West Sussex, Devon and Cornwall plus holiday parks in Cornwall and Devon too I am delighted to be able to lose some of my personal workload to Hannah!

‘I have asked Hannah to make contact with all park home and lodge manufacturers so that she can, in the first instance, gain a wide knowledge of all the homes available within the marketplace, and secondly let all manufacturers know about our fantastic new developments.’

Dream Coastal and Country Homes Ltd has just two freehold plots left for homes up to 48ft x 20 at its luxury development at Starcross, near Exeter. These plots are licensed for fully residential park homes and, as they are freehold, the home owners will not pay any plot fees. Mr Leigh anticipates that homes sited on these plots will be sold for upwards of £209,950. There is another unique and exciting opportunity available at Ocean View, the company’s brand new development at Praa Sands, in Cornwall. The holiday park, which opens on 1 June, will initially boast 18 plots, each with breath-taking views across the Altantic Ocean. However, Mr Leigh has also reserved one plot for a residential park home for his new site manager.

Mr Leigh said, ‘This is a unique opportunity for a good all-rounder with handyman skills. We are looking for a good park manager – in return, you will get a substantial discount on the asking price of the park home and will not have to pay site fees.’

Finally, the company also has a park near Chichester with sales possibilities for homes up to 65ft x 22. For more information on any of the above opportunities, please email Hannah at: hannah@dreamcoastal.co.uk or call her on 01329 283 206.
