One of the UK’s leading park home and lodge manufacturers is set to wow visitors at its Northants-based visitor centre with the launch of a brand new home.

Tingdene Homes, based in Wellingborough, will unveil its all-new Cosgrove model at its state-of-the-art centre on 21 March.

The Cosgrove, which is available in both residential and leisure configurations, is a stunning single unit home.
In direct response to consumer demand, Tingdene acknowledged that there has been a significant increase in requests for single unit park homes and lodges in recent times.

Formerly focused predominantly on its larger models, Tingdene has created the eye-catching Cosgrove as it is a company that is consistently committed to giving customers more of what they want.

WHAT’S INSIDE?
The Cosgrove offers modern, luxury living at its finest. This two bedroom property features both a master double bedroom and sizable single bedroom complete with built-in storage, an elegantly finished master bathroom with large shower.

The model also benefits from having a separate stylish lounge, a spacious kitchen/diner with fully integrated high-spec modcons.

Visitors to the recent Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show at Birmingham’s NEC got a first sneak-peak of the new model from 18 to 23 February, prior to its main launch at Tingdene’s showground.

The upcoming open day on Saturday 21 March, which runs from 10am to 4pm, will provide an excellent opportunity for members of the public to experience the new model, as well as view Tingdene Homes’ existing range with sales advisors on hand to assist with any of questions you might have. Light refreshments will also be available.
