Specialist mobile and leisure home insurance broker Parksure and its parent company, Cass-Stephens, recently celebrated a successful office move.

Parksure and Cass-Stephens, which celebrated its 50th anniversary last year, have been looking to move for some time after outgrowing their old offices due to the growth of the business following several acquisitions in the past few years and the taking on of more staff to deal with the extra business that ensued.

Parksure’s Matthew Cass said: ‘While the Regency buiulding was a lovely old building, it did actually work against us somewhat.

‘The new offices now allow us to be on one level in an open plan office, so we can now all see each other and talk to each other openly, allowing us to offer a much better and more efficient service to our clients.’

The plush new office space also accommodates a new phone and server system, allowing for a faster response to any problems or queries clients may have.

While Cass-Stephens celebrated its 50th anniversary last year, Parksure itself has been in operation for the past 18 years and has become an integral part of the Cass-Stephens business.

Readers should watch this space for more Parksure-related news for 2017 too. Matthew explained, ‘This year we have a new scheme in the works that will run alongside Parksure and complement each other. Keep an eye out for more information in this magazine in future publications!’
