Introducing a new variation of the ‘glamping’ trend, the TimeOut holiday concept, which began in Denmark and is now popular at campsites across Europe, is set to arrive in Shropshire in time for summer breaks.

The popular Love2Stay resort on the outskirts of Shrewsbury has invested in four TimeOut luxury glamping tents, made by Isabella in Denmark, for its touring caravan park. The glamping units are ready for use, furnished with everything needed to spend a holiday in the great outdoors. They are equipped with real beds, furnished living space with a sofa bed and kitchenette, kitchen utensils and terrace.

Manufacturer Isabella says the TimeOut luxury tents are like a hotel set in nature. All guests have to do is pack their clothes and the rest is ready for them. The company, which is well known in the UK for its touring caravan awnings, has been producing high quality, canvas products since 1957 and introduced TimeOut three years ago to attract new target groups to experience camping life as a form of holiday.

Laura Wilde, Love2Stay’s marketing assistant, explained: ‘It’s a great addition to compliment the offering we already have here at Love2Stay.

‘We are frequently asked if we allow tents, so we hope that this is something to suit those who don’t have a touring caravan or motorhome to come and enjoy a stay with us.’
