Pointing to continued investment and buoyancy in the holiday home sector, specialist estate agents Savills, on behalf of a private client, has just sold Redlands Caravan Park in Hasguard Cross, Pembrokeshire to an established park operator.

The holiday park is set in seven acres of land and accommodates 79 touring caravan and camping pitches, alongside Foxes Bark, a three-bedroom owner’s cottage. Located in Pembrokeshire National Park, the site benefits from close proximity to the coast and the village of Little Haven.

The sale was agreed following a successful planning application by the Savills Leisure planning team, to change the use from touring caravans to lodges and static caravans.

Richard Prestwich, associate director in the leisure and trade related team at Savills Chester, comments: “We are delighted to have secured the quick sale of this popular park on behalf of our clients. The new planning permissions granted alongside new ownership mark an exciting new chapter for Redlands Park.”
