Holiday park operator Blaithwaite Estate has just added two ‘Stargazer’ lodges to its portfolio. Each lodge boasts a mezzanine level with a stargazing roof window, giving guests a great view of the night sky at the rural park, which is located between the Solway Coast and the Lake District.

The luxury lodges sleep up to six and include modern amenities, an outdoor living area and access to the grounds of the 250-acre estate.
Built using a bespoke design template, the two lodges, are named Galaxy (sleeps four) and Comet (sleeps six).

They have muted colour palettes with soft grey and blue tones, using star themed textiles to create a stylish, tastefully themed space. Large, glass sliding doors let in the light, while the wooden features reflect the Cumbrian landscape.

Each has a mezzanine level accessed via a ladder with a panoramic skylight window above a double bed.

While staying at the Stargazer Lodges, guests will enjoy access to the 250-acre Blaithwaite estate, with its numerous walking trails around formal gardens and woodlands, as well as crazy golf, giant chess and dedicated play areas.
