The UK’s largest residential park operator, Wyldecrest, is taking the coronavirus pandemic just as seriously as the rest of the industry. Chairman Alfie Best explains…

The health and security of everyone is our primary concern and we are regularly checking all the Government advice and doing all the things you would expect.

Bearing in mind the government call for everyone to stay in their homes, we would like to minimise the number of persons travelling to our parks at this time.

All park residents are strictly reminded to adhere to the government requirements to stay at home and adhere to the strict guidelines for reasons to go outside, along with referring them to government websites for protective measures to take such as hand washing, maintaining social distance etc. – www.gov.uk/coronavirus.

Residents are also reminded not to allow visitors to their homes and not to go out unless designated as essential by the government.

We understand that these are uncertain and confusing times and we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding.

For all new customers, we are offering various options for you to be able to explore our parks and homes from the safety of your homes. We have added more content, video tours, customer case-studies to our website and social media channels which you can access from the comfort of your homes.

Our telesales advisors are working from home and are available to answer all queries which you may have in relation to our residential parks and park homes.

For people who would like to get more information/view a home, our park/sales manager can do a video chat with you from the park and the home and give you a guided tour. You can access it via your iPhone or iPad or computer.

We have 360 video tours of many homes and pictures of the actual parks/homes available as well on our website and on request. Please let us know if you are interested in any particular park/home

Our support and gratitude go out to the wonderful NHS staff and we are praying for anyone infected with the virus and anyone struggling with the financial repercussions.

Tough times lay ahead for the whole world, but we all have faced and overcome big challenges before and we’ll come through this stronger and wiser.

We’re in this together. Stay safe.
