For those who have the cash to spare, and fancy themselves as lord of the manor, Southleigh Manor holiday park, near St Columb Major, in the heart of Cornwall, has just been brought to the market by specialist estate agents Colliers International, with a guide price of £1.1 million.

The park extends to three acres and sits in a rural area, but is just seven miles from the popular resort town of Newquay and 15 miles from the cathedral city of Truro.

Amy Brooksbank, of the holiday parks team at Colliers International, said: ‘A unique feature of Southleigh Manor holiday park is a beautiful manor house which, in addition to providing a range of facilities for visitors, includes handsome owners’ accommodation, including five bedrooms, and a large private enclosed garden.’

At present, Southleigh Manor offers 42 touring caravan and camping pitches and has two log cabins and four static caravans that are used as hire fleet. Other facilities include a bar and restaurant, a games room, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, and an outdoor heated swimming pool. Planning permission has been granted for an additional two log cabins.
