Bella Brodie previews Manor Park Homes’ brand new luxury lodge, the Anteres…

Manor Park Homes is a manufacturer well known and respected in the park and leisure home world, with a reputation for luxury bespoke homes which stand out for their interior design and build excellence.

With that 30-year heritage and a skilled team on board, they are not only well-trusted, but every one of their new launches is met with eager anticipation by the industry, an indication of their high-standing.

That’s why it’s fantastic news to hear that they are also building for the luxury lodge market, and that will no doubt pave the way for some of the most exciting lodges of the future to come from this talented team.

THE LODGE COLLECTION
There are three models in their range currently – the Monaco and Ascot are lodge versions of park homes already released and universally admired as ground-breaking models at the time, and quite rightly so! Both are pretty futuristic, with some absolutely jaw-dropping features built-in, and both look as though they are going to be gorgeous with their new external finishes. Both will work equally as well for leisure use as residential.

They are also well known for their bespoke work, so we are sure we will see them working with some of the UK’s leading holiday destinations on next-generation lodges which are as unique as they are eye-catching, and we really look forward to reviewing those in the future.

THE ANTERES
The Anteres is completely new, and a stunning lodge designed with meticulous attention to detail. We were thrilled to be able to take a look behind the scenes at it in production and to now be able to bring you first sight of what looks likely to be another ground-breaking lodge from Manor. The CGI’s here show you one option, and the unit photographed in the factory another, and, as with all Manor Park Homes homes and lodges, every one can be built differently.

EXTERNAL APPOINTMENT
Starting outside, this is a monopitch lodge with a mix of timber and roughcast finish, or it can be finished in timber only. At the front, the mid-section is quite a feature with vertical cladding and plenty of glazing, which will allow panoramic views from the lounge and dining area. There are French doors to the centre which would lead out onto decking, and this entire section is inset with spotlights, creating atmosphere for evenings spent relaxing or dining outside.

There’s enough of an overhang for lighting at the sides too, so this lodge will be great for wraparound decking. To the back of the lodge there’s an inset external lobby which is beautifully clad and will provide shelter out of the rain on arrival, or an easy spot to drop outdoor shoes if needed. The Anteres has great kerb appeal and should garner positive attention in any park location.

INTERNAL STYLING
This contemporary lodge is clearly being built to a high specification, in keeping with Manor Park Homes’ previous work. This is a manufacturer which pushes boundaries and dares to defy convention, and that can produce some truly stunning results. So, although we can’t yet see it fully furnished and fitted, we can see the quality of the fixtures and fittings already, and innovative spaces taking shape. We can also spot some innovative artistic and practical treats in the factory build photos such as designer radiators and large mirrored walls. They never leave out the wow-factor! Think light and airy, well lit with natural light and clever lighting internally, and modern and sleek with arty elements, and we can see the visual impact it’ll have already.
