We are striving to create one of the best Residential Retirement Park Home Estates in East Devon. We are members of the British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA) and for the past three years have been holders of the David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award.
We have completed the construction of a new building on the park which we call the hub! This building will be the home of the park office, an amenity room for our residents to use.
