Like like father like son, Alfie Best Jnr is also expanding his residential park home empire.
The 23-year-old millionaire entrepreneur has just completed four new homes on his Brookfield Park development in Totternhoe, Dunstable.
This brings the total number of homes on the Bedfordshire site to 41. The new properties will be on sale from £135,000 upwards.
Alfie bought the park, which boasts a quiet, picturesque rural backdrop, three years ago. His second development is in Billericay, Essex.
Alfie Jnr explained: ‘I am really excited to have completed the four new homes. They are a fabulous edition to the site. I am very proud that they are now available for new buyers.’
