James Park Homes is a family owned business with a wealth of experience in the Park Home and Leisure industry. We currently have four different parks, located in three different counties – Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Cumbria. Our parks are situated in beautiful landscapes, with stunning rural surroundings and plenty of things to do in the local areas.

We are members of the British Holiday & Home Parks AssociationGold Shield Ten Year Warranty Scheme, and all of the new homes that we supply to our park are built to a BS3632 standard and are approved by the National Caravan Council. We only work with top quality, professional manufacturers to ensure that we provide the highest quality of homes for all of the residents and guests across our parks.

The James Family consists of Andrew James and Tracey James, who married in 1984. They had three children, Andrew James Junior, Marlena James and Mark James. The family first came into the Park Home industry when Andrew James Senior bought his first park in 1989, in Neston on the Wirral. He then purchased a further two parks in the county of Lincolnshire, one in Tattershall and another called Harpswell Hill Park, of which the family still own.

Andrew James Senior then wanted to develop and expand the business, which meant he would sell the parks based in Neston on Wirral and Tattershall, and buy Tall Trees Park in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Over the years, the family have expanded the Tall Trees Park, adding holiday static homes, caravan plots and camping pitches, as well as having their original residential park homes. In 2004, the family then bought the Smithfield Park, now called James Park Homes Egremont in Cumbria.

A long term aim for Andrew James Senior was to get his sons involved, to help expand the family business and ensure that the parks will continue to flourish for many years to come. In 2015, Andrew’s youngest son, Mark James, bought his first park called Riddings Wood Caravan and Camping Park, based in Alfreton, Derbyshire. The family saw the demand from the UK holiday makers, giving them the opportunity to expand the business into the Holiday Park industry. In 2016, Andrew James Junior, Andrew’s eldest son, added to the family business as he bought his first park, Plough Leisure Caravan Park on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent.
